Given the varied scope of work in the contract and the fact the sites are extremely widespread, with Albany in the south (400km away) to Derby in the North West (2400km away), SEME’s ability to be able to draw on an extremely experienced, sizeable and mobile team of Technicians ensures our client receives the highest quality maintenance and support.
The varying brands and ages of technologies found in these facilities is no problem as our Technicians have proven experience integrating not only a wide range of market-leading products but also working with businesses that require the integration of new technology with existing legacy products and systems.
SEME’s experienced team of schedulers ensure that KPI targets are met in the performing of preventative maintenance works on a quarterly basis for each site. In addition, Breakdown support 24/7/365 is also required across these sites. SEME has a rolling roster of staff to cover the after-hours callout requirements and our Technicians travel as and when required, often spending weeks away on routine and breakdown works.
